1. Service
PulseClean ("we", "us") provides a wearable data preprocessing service. By using PulseClean, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
- You may use PulseClean for research, academic, and commercial analysis purposes.
- You may not upload data belonging to individuals without appropriate legal authorization (e.g., informed consent, IRB approval).
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
3. Quotas and Plans
Free accounts may run up to 3 preprocessing jobs per calendar month. Pro and Annual plans provide higher limits as described on the pricing page.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
4. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data submitted to PulseClean. We process files on your behalf and do not claim ownership of your data.
5. No Medical Advice
PulseClean preprocesses data for research use only. It does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical recommendations, or health advice of any kind.
6. Warranty and Liability
PulseClean is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
