Refund Policy

Effective date: May 2026

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Annual plans — Refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if no more than 5 jobs have been processed.
  • Monthly plans — Refunds are not provided for partial months. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Free plan — No charges apply.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email pulsecleanio@gmail.com with your account email and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

5. Processed by Paddle

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
